Principles into Practice will help young people who need some additional support, have a better experience of leaving school and becoming an adult.
It will help the people around you to make sure your hopes, dreams and goals are at the heart of planning for your future and help you to get the support you need to make them a reality.
It’s being tested with young people, their parents and carers, schools, social work, healthcare and other organisations. Once everyone is sure it works, it can be used by the whole country.
This is where you can find out more about Principles into Practice and what it means for you.
You can also click here to look at our FAQ page to see if it answers any questions you might have.
We will be adding more videos, updates and information for young people here throughout the trials – come back soon!
